Note:  These preset works better when the photograph is under underexposed by 0.5 and doesn't work well with trees which has different shades of leaves. Best for monsoon moody photographs, sunset moody photographs, and automotive photographs. Though for best results adjust the luminance and hues according to your vibe and requirement. Also, cine4 or S-Log profiles on Sony cameras will provide better results than C-Logs. 

Open Lightroom CC (make sure it is updated to the new version). Go to Lightroom Preferences.
Click the "Preset" section at the top, click the "Show Lightroom Presets Folder" Ignore the folder it highlights, and instead go up to the Camera Raw folder and open it. Open the Settings folder and copy your .xml presets files into this folder. Alternately, there are several other methods to import LR presets, you can put some effort and find a tutorial on youtube. 

To get perfect results make sure to adjust the following settings in Lightroom to your needs: Exposure, temperature, Hues, Luminance, white balance, and contrast. Maybe you have to change the profile settings in Lightroom as well to make the presets fit your camera model. Never be afraid to explore the tone curve. Presets are made to save time, but to perfect your master shot you have to finetune your photos as that is how it differentiates you as an artist. Feel free to reach out in case you have some queries.
